Richard Nixon's Birthplace
Discover gifts inspired by President Richard Nixon's birthplace and childhood home. The house was built from a kit by his father, Frank Nixon, in 1912. The Nixons lived in the home until 1922, when they moved to Whittier. The house was eventually purchased by the Yorba Linda School District and remained on the grounds of the Richard Nixon Elementary School. In 1987, the city of Yorba Linda offered the nine acres on which the elementary school sat to the Nixon Foundation to build the Presidential Library and Museum.
