Return Policy

Returns are allowed within 30 days of the purchase date

Receipt or Order Number is required 

You can receive a refund for the product price, but shipping fees are non-refundable 

Refunds will be processed as soon as the item arrives back at the Nixon Library

All signed memorabilia by President Richard Nixon is non-refundable 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage

 

Exchange Policy

Damaged Item Policy

Report any product damage within 24 hours of receiving your order 

Please send photo of damage when requesting assistance

 

Shipping Errors

If the wrong address is inputted, the customer has 24 hours to inform us of the error, otherwise, it is on the customer to cover the shipping fee for the new address
